Intermittent jet printing

Intermittent jet printing is suitable for the production line where the packaging film moves intermittently (stops/starts). Spray printing is performed at the stop time (dwell) in the motion cycle. According to the signal sent by the packaging machine, the printer lowers the print head onto the material and prints along the film. After completion, the print head is raised and moved to the starting position, waiting for the next package.

Continuous jet printing
On the continuous streamline, the packaging materials should be spray printed while the film is moving. Move between the thin film print head and the impression roller. When the packaging machine sends out the start signal, the printing head presses against the impression roller and starts printing. When the film is pulled through the stuffer, the jet printer performs jet printing on each package. The stop printing signal will raise the print head.
